Fall is just not the same without maples

So I was walking to Church this morning and was kicking my feet in the leaves. )one of my fav. things in the whole world to do!) They were preatty and all but it just not the same. Because there are very few maples in this part of the country there are lots of yellow and brown leaves but no bright reds and oranges. When I moved here I knew I would be giving up the ocean but the mountains are making up for it but now fall without bright leaves makes Bonnie a sad girl.

This is what I grew up with. This is why fall is my favourite season.
